Management

The activities of the Institute are administered under the Nepal Chartered Accountants Regulation, 2004. The Council has approved the following Bylaws and Procedures for conducting its activities:

  4. Committee Operations Procedure, 2005
  5. COP Upgrading Procedure, 2005

Departments

An Executive Director appointed by the Council for a term of four years. He is the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute and executes the decisions of the Council. Currently ICAN has following six departments headed by following staffs.
